This is a late season variety with a flat, firm head of 19" diameter and weighing 12 lbs. The large dark-green leaves and short plant stems hold large, broad heads that are slightly flattened and exceptionally solid. When grown in warmer climates, the size can be smaller. Preferred for use in kraut. Matures in 100 days. 1/2 oz.
